Greek Pasta pie …mmmm yamm!!!

MATERIALS

For the sheet

3 cups all purpose flour   One glass of wine, white wine 2 Tbs olive oil Water as get to make the dough soft and not stick to the sides of the bowl. We’ll make two leaves and a bottom one of over filling.

FILLING For a medium-sized pan 300g. spaghetti that you have (I had noodles ) 2 eggs a little salt, white pepper 200g -300gr.feta cheeseolive oil for the pasta and the spread pan.

IMPLEMENTATION

As we have shuffle and kneading the ingredients for the dough leave it for a while and go to make the filling. Boil the pasta less time, i mean all dente
Drain while cooling with tap water. Put in bowl and add all remaining ingredients and mix gently. Cut the dough in two and roll out the larger piece of the first panel, which will pave a greased oven dish. Carefully pour the filling and spread evenly. From above lay the other sheet, which fix the rest of the dough. With a brush, brush with oil pie and sprinkle with a little water. Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 3/4 to 1 hour more or less.
