Homemade energy drinks

In 850 ml boiled water, pour 2 sachets of tea (preferably green), 6 tablespoons of sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 55-60 ml of lemon juice.

In 1 cup of hot water soak 12 to 15 fresh basil leaves. Drink every day –calms andfortifies the body.

In a blender, beat 1 cup of milk with low or 0% fat, half a banana, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

“Good morning” energy drink: Mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of plain sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 cups of milk with low or 0% fat.

Coffee does stimulate your body, but it must be consumed in moderation and never combined with sugar or milk.

Essential oils for energy and stimulation: basil, cardamom, eucalyptus, rosemary, citrus and spices oils. You can use some drops on your clothes, so you can smell itthroughout the day. Also, you can use a few drops on your shower floor in order to take a “good energy” morning shower.
